My artwork explores our relationship with the natural world; a relationship that has inspired stories from our history, influences how we connect with the world today and determines how we shape our future, whether that be positive or negative.
I have a passion for design which led me to study Transport Design at University (a part of my life that comes out in my automotive artwork) and, in 2017, I was one of the designers selected for BBC's The Great Interior Design Challenge, reaching the semi-finals.
I am also the creator of Bert; a small purple character who, over the last 15 years, has inspired a range of artworks and now 2 children’s books.
My artwork acts as a creative outlet for my own self-expression, whereas my design work is about solving problems in an attractive way. Occasionally the two areas combine, and that's my happy place.
